About Alan Todd

I know what it's like to be stuck.

I grew up in a low-income area of Toronto, watching people with potential settle for less because they couldn't see a way forward. I decided early on that I wouldn't be one of them—not because I was good enough on my own, but because I trusted God with my life.

And God didn't just free me. He called me to help others break free too.

For over 30 years, that's what I've done. I've worked in the trenches—social services with at-risk youth, financial services helping families build security, and ministry leadership serving communities across four continents. From the streets of Toronto to rural India, from Norway to the Caribbean, I've ministered to thousands of people through the first phase of their turnarounds.

But here's what I've learned: information isn't the problem. Execution is.
